No 1. Rosemary
We used rosemary picked straight from my mother’s garden when crafting our first test batch of non-alcoholic aperitif, and rosemary has remained the defining botanical for Wilfred’s ever since.
No 2. Bitter Orange
No aperitif is complete without bitter orange - it gives it a uniquely zesty freshness punctuated by a bittersweet bite. That's why we recommend garnishing our signature Wilfred's Spritz with a slice of orange.
No 3. Rhubarb
We’ve extracted all the goodness from this stalk to give our aperitif a hearty warmth, with a background aromatic earthy note.
