Shipping Policy:

We offer Free Delivery to the UK. For orders of 1 case of 6 bottles or more, please get in touch at hello@wilfredsdrinks.com.

If you are outside the UK, we do not ship directly from our website and you will be redirected to our partners.

For Mainland UK orders, standard shipping usually takes 48 hours from dispatch. For Non-Mainland UK including the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles and Northern Ireland locations, shipping may take slightly longer.

We’ll send you a tracking number when we dispatch so that you can check progress.

My order hasn’t arrived

We’re sorry about that. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days and haven’t heard from our team already, please send us an email with your order number and we will look into it straight away. Contact hello@wilfredsdrinks.com.

Returns and Exchanges

Refunds and replacements can only be issued if:

  • the goods are damaged or defective

  • the goods were purchased directly through wilfredsdrinks.com

  • the goods are returned within a 30 day period from receipt

We are unable to refund bottles that have been opened or if they were purchased via third party sellers. We are also unable to refund Sale items. We are also unable to refund an order where the address has been inputted incorrectly, however please do contact us as we will do our best to re-route it to the new address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are also required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely. If you are shipping an item over £45, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your circumstances align with our Returns Policy, please email hello@wilfredsdrinks.com to coordinate, using the subject line RETURNS. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
